What information does this report provide

The Data Access Events report provides a consolidated view of the statistics of the data access events, such as API restore, admin restore and download, and user admin and download actions within a specified period.

How does the report help

You can leverage this report to get insights about:

  • Number of Data Access Events attempted and their statuses

  • IP address, location, and resource and user details for the data access events

With this information available well in time, you can ensure no suspicious access to your backed-up data.

To access the report

You need to be a Druva Cloud Administrator.

Go to Druva Cloud Platform Console Global Navigation > Reports > Cyber Resilience > Data Access Events Report.

Using the report


πŸ“ Note:

By default, the period selected for the report is 30 days from the current date. For example, if today is March 31, 2024, the report displays data from March 1 to March 30, 2024.


The data in the reports is synced periodically. The report shows the Data last updated details.

The Data Access Events report comprises the following information:

Description

Data Access Type

Type of data access- API restore, admin restore and download, and user admin and download.

User Name

Name of the user who initiated the data access event.

Resource Name

Name of the resource for which the data access event is initiated.

IP Address

IP address where the data is restored or downloaded.

Location

The location where the data access is restored or downloaded.

Activity Start Time (Admin Time Zone)

Date and time when the data access event is initiated.

Activity End Time (Admin Time Zone)

Date and time when the data access event ended.

Job ID

Unique ID of the data access event job.

File Size

Size of the restored or downloaded file.

Job Status

Status of the job- Successful, Failed, or Successful with errors.

City

The city from where the data access was initiated.

Country

The country from which the data access was initiated.

Last Updated Time

The latest date and time when the admin login event was updated.
