What information does this report provide
The Admin Login Events report provides a consolidated view of the administrators who attempted to log into the management console from different geo locations within a specified period.
How does the report help
You can leverage this report to get insights about:
Administrators who attempted to log into the management console
Location, the IP address, and the status of the login attempt - success or failure.
With this information available well in time, you can ensure no suspicious access to the management console.
To access the report
You need to be a Druva Cloud Administrator.
Go to Druva Cloud Platform Console Global Navigation > Reports > Cyber Resilience > Admin Login Events Report.
Using the report
๐ Note:
By default, the period selected for the report is 30 days from the current date. For example, if today is March 31, 2024, the report displays data from March 1 to March 30, 2024.
The data in the reports is synced periodically. The report shows the Data last updated details.
The Admin Login Events report comprises the following sections:
Filters to get a report with more granular data
Filters | Description |
Admin Name | Select the admin details for the login events you want to view. |
Location | Select the location from where the selected admin attempted to log in to management console. |
Login Results | Select the login results criteria based on which you want to view the admin login events. |
Summary view
Field | Description |
Total Admin Login Events | Total number of login events for the selected filter. |
Login Results Distribution | View the number of success and failure login event alerts for the selected filter. |
Top 5 Admin Login Locations | Graphical view of the consolidated number of admin login events for the top 5 locations. |
Admin Login Events details
Field | Description |
Admin Name | Name of the administrator. |
IP Address | The IP address from which the administrator logged in to the management console. |
Location | The location from where the login was attempted. |
Login Results | Result of the login event - Success or Failed. |
Login Time (Admin Time Zone) | Date and time when the admin login event was attempted. |

By default, the data fetched in the report's timestamp follows the logged-in adminโs time zone.
