What information does this report provide
The Restore Scan Jobs report provides a consolidated view of the number of scan jobs created for different resource types (workloads) within a specified period.
How does the report help
You can leverage this report to get insights about:
Number of Restore Scan jobs created
Number of files scanned
Number of malicious files, deleted files, files skipped from scan
Distribution of jobs based on their statuses
Distribution of jobs for each resource type (workload)
Graphical view of the file scan trend throughout a specific period
With this information available well in time, you can take corrective actions.
To access the report
You need to be a Druva Cloud Administrator.
Go to Druva Cloud Platform Console Global Navigation > Reports > Cyber Resilience > Restore Scan Jobs Report.
Using the report
π Note:
By default, the period selected for the report is 30 days from the current date. For example, if today is March 31, 2024, the report displays data from March 1 to March 30, 2024.
The data in the reports is synced periodically. The report shows the Data last updated details.
The Restore Scan Jobs report comprises the following information:
Restore Scan Job details
Field | Description |
Job ID | The unique job ID of the scan job. |
Resource Name | The name of the resource for which the scan job is created. |
Resource Type | Type of resource for which the scan job is created - Endpoints, File Server, NAS, and VMware. |
Scan Type | The type of scan is based on the selected resource type. Sandbox Recovery applies only to VMware resource type. |
Start Time (Admin Time Zone) | The start time for creating a Restore Scan job. |
End Time (Admin Time Zone)) | The end time for creating a Restore Scan job. |
Job Status | The status of the scan job - Failed, Successful, or Cancelled. |
#Malicious Files | Number of malicious files discovered during the scan. |
#Skipped Files | Number of skipped files discovered during the scan. |
#Clean Files | Number of safe files discovered during the scan. |
#Files Scanned | Total number of scanned files. |
Created By | Name of the administrator who initiated the scan job. |
# Deleted files | Total number of deleted files. |
