Overview
This article contains steps to check the version of the inSync client installed on Windows and on Mac devices.
From the inSync admin console -
The inSync administrator can login into the inSync admin console and check the version of the inSync client installed on the user’s device.
Step 1 - Login as an administrator using the link https://login.druva.com/
Step 2 - Go to Endpoints ➜ Devices ➜ Here you can search the device and refer to the Client Version column
From the Reports present in the inSync admin console -
You can refer to the User Rollout Report. This will contain the “Client Version” column

For Windows OS based devices -
Using the inSync client -
Open the inSync client ➜ My Account ➜ The version information will be present on the bottom right corner as shown below -
Using the Programs and Features application (appwiz.cpl) -
Open the Control Panel ➜ Programs and Features ➜ The version information will be present on the bottom right corner as shown below -
For Mac OS based devices -
Using the inSync client -
Open the inSync client ➜ My Account ➜ The version information will be present on the bottom right corner as shown below -
