This article provides information on the UI options that you get on the jobs page.

Updated over a week ago

If Druva's app for Microsoft Entra ID can back up and restore your data, you can use the Jobs page to get the status of a job.

To access this page:

  1. Use the hamburger menu on the top left > Microsoft Entra ID. You reach the Overview page.

  2. On the Overview page, select Jobs on the left panel.

The Jobs page also provides filters. Use these filters to see jobs based on the job type, such as backup, restore, or download. Or, you can filter jobs based on their status. For example, you want to see a list of failed jobs. Or, you want to see jobs that Druva ran in the last 24 hours.

In addition, you can click on a job’s ID to get more information.

When you click on a job ID, Druva takes you to the job details page.

If you’re interested, you can click Download Logs to get more information about the job.

A word about download jobs

If you want to download some data, chances are, you created a download job from a snapshot viewer. When you use the download button, it creates a download job. This happens since Druva’s platform prepares the download. The Jobs page is the place where you can come after some time, click a download job’s ID, and then on the job details page you see an option to download your data.
