User Last Backup Status Report

Overview

The details of the last backup operation, and the status of the backup. Based on the status of the last backup, you can perform analysis and take corrective actions.

Customizable Report Fields

The following columns can be enabled or disabled based on reporting needs:

  • User Name: The name of the user.

  • User Email ID: The email address of the user.

  • Workload: The name of the app configured in the Google Workspace.

  • Profile: The profile that is assigned to the user.

  • App Status: The status of the app that is enabled or disabled.

  • Start Time: The date and time on which the backup started.

  • End Time: The date and time on which the backup was completed.

  • Items Backed Up: The number of files and folders that are backed up.

  • Items Missed: The number of files and folders that are not back up.

  • Last Backup Data (MB): The size of the most recent backup.

  • Total Backup Data (MB): The size of the data in MB that were backed up.

  • Last Backup Status: The status of the last backup operation.

  • Status Details: Displays the error code if any. Example: EAUTH.
