Overview

This report provides details of all the backup activities performed during a specified period. The following screenshot depicts a sample Public Folder Backup Activity Report.

Quick Filters

  • Administrator: Select an administrator to view their related data.

  • Backup Status: Filter by the status of the backup operation.

  • App Status: Choose the desired app status to filter by.

Summary

  • Total Backups: The total number of backups triggered.

  • Backup Successful: The number of backups processed successfully without errors.

  • Backup Failed: The number of backups that failed.

  • Backed up with Error: The number of backups processed successfully with errors.

  • Backup Cancelled: The number of backups that were cancelled.

Backup Status Details

  • Backup Status: The pie chart depicts various statuses of the backup performed for the selected Public Folder, such as Backed up successfully, Backed up with Errors, or Backup failed.
    Hovering on the individual legends of the graph displays the count of backups based on their status.

  • Backup Activity Daily Trend: Daily trend of the backups of the selected filter.
    You can view the total number of backup jobs and the date the backup operation was performed.

Backup Activity Details

  • Public Folder Name: The name of the Public Folder.

  • Public Folder path: The address of the Public Folder.

  • Administrator: The name of the administrator.

  • Start Time: The date and time on which the backup operation started.

  • End Time: The date and time the backup operation was completed.

  • Snapshot Size (MB): The size of the data in MB that was backed up.

  • Group Type: The type of the Public Folder that was backed up.
