The articles provide information for the deprecation of mobile device data and the action to be taken by Endpoints administrators and end users.

Druva will no longer release any patches or fixes related to the Android and iOS mobile app/feature.
Q. What is Druva deprecating?
Druva has deprecated the backup for mobile device data on June 22, 2024 (for GovCloud customers, the deprecation date is October 19, 2024).
As a result, administrators and end users cannot backup the mobile device data through the Druva Mobile App.
However, you can restore the data already backed up from your mobile device until December 30, 2024.
Q. To whom is this applicable?
This is applicable to the Endpoints administrators and End-users who have configured the Druva mobile app for their mobile data backup.
Q. What is the impact?
After Jun 22, 2024:
Druva Mobile app will not backup data from mobile devices. However, you can restore or download the backed-up data till December 30, 2024.
Auto-deletion of inactive mobile devices will be inoperative (under user profiles) with the "Auto delete inactive devices" flag enabled, allowing users to restore or download the backed-up data.
Any configurations related to mobile devices will be removed/impacted.
MobileIron app for iOS devices to access the backed-up data will be discontinued.
Support for Mobile Device Management (MDM) integration will be stopped.
Post December 30, 2024:
The Druva mobile app will be removed from the Google Play store and iOS App Store.
Mobile devices and associated backed-up data will be deleted from Druva Cloud.
Q. What is the impact if the user is on Legal Hold?
Administrators can download the backed-up data for mobile devices for Legal hold users through the eDiscovery Client till December 30, 2024. For more information, see Download using eDiscovery Client.
After December 30, 2024, the mobile devices will be deleted from the Devices page.
Q. Do I need to make any configuration changes or the policies of Federated Search and Sensitive Data Governance?
No changes are required as Federated Search, and Sensitive Data Governance is not applicable for mobile devices.
Q. What is the impact if I have Data lock enabled?
If the user has enabled data lock, the backed-up data on a mobile device will be erased after December 30, 2024.
We recommend you to restore the mobile data before December 30, 2024.
Q. What happens to my backed-up data for mobile devices after December 2024?
Druva will delete the mobile devices and the backed-up data from Druva Cloud after December 30, 2024.
Q. What action is required?
Administrators and End-users must restore or download the data backed up from the Druva Mobile App before December 30, 2024.
Q. How do I restore the data backed up from the mobile device
Administrators can restore the data from the Console. End users can restore the data from the Druva Mobile App & inSync Web.
