The Data Backup page from the Salesforce App displays a dashboard, which gives an overview and information about the daily backups. It also provides summary details related to backup.

Perform the following steps to view dashboards and summaries for a specific project and backup definition.

On the Salesforce App console, click Data Backup.

Select a project from the Project list.

Select a backup definition from the Backup Definition dropdown list.

The following summary information for your backups is available on the Data Backup page of the Salesforce App.

Field	Description
Organization ID	The Salesforce organization ID being backed up.
Storage Region	The storage region where backup data is stored.
Last Modified Date	The date and time when the backup set configuration was last modified.
Next Incremental Backup	The scheduled date and time for the next incremental backup.
Project	The project this backup set belongs to.
Organization Name	The name of the Salesforce organization.
Next Full Backup	The scheduled date and time for the next full backup.
Backup Frequency	The configured backup frequency (Daily or High Frequency).
Last Completed Backup	The date and time of the most recently completed backup job.
Last Full Backup	The date and time of the most recently completed full backup.
Last Modified By	The user who last modified the backup set.
Backup Size	The total size of all backup data stored for this backup set.
Last Backup Status	A row of colored status icons representing recent backup jobs. Hover over an icon to see the status, timestamp (GMT), and backup type (Incremental Backup or Full Backup). Status icons include: Completed (green), Failed (red), In Progress, No Backups Available (gray), and Paused.
