Error Description: This error can occur if we encountered some internal issue.

Error Solution: Contact Support.

Error Message: Received invalid request

Error Description: HybridWorkloadsCheck received an invalid request for execution.

Error Solution: Make a valid check execution request.

CheckEngine9

Error Message: Check is disabled

Error Description: Check was not run as it was marked as disabled.

CheckEngine10

Error Message: Host connectivity check failed.

Error Description: We were unable to make a connection to the given host due to some issue.

Error Solution: Resolve the connectivity issue. Check whether the Firewall / IP table are blocking the connection to the host.

Error Message: Failed to get disk space

Error Description: This error can occur due to some host machine error.

Error Solution: Contact Support.

Error Message: IP tables check failed

Error Description: There was an unknown error while parsing the IP table rules.

Error Solution: Contact Support.

CheckEngine14

Error Message: Traffic blocking IP table rules found for host.

Error Description: The local IP table is blocking access to the Cloud.

Error Solution: Ensure that the local IP table does not block access to Cloud allow traffic to *.druva.com.

Error Message: Windows firewall check failed

Error Description: This error can occur when there is an unknown error while parsing the Firewall rules.

Error Solution: Contact Support.

CheckEngine16

Error Message: Traffic blocking Windows firewall rules found for host

Error Description: The firewall is blocking access to the Cloud.

Error Solution: Ensure that Firewall does not block access to the Cloud, allow traffic to *.druva.com. For more information, refer to the Best practices for configuring Windows Defender Firewall article.

Error Message: Check does not exist

Error Description: This can happen in the case of an invalid check request being made, where the requested check was not found.

Error Solution: Make a valid check request with a valid check identifier.

Error Message: Check execution timed out.

Error Description: This error can occur when the check execution exceeded the specified time limit and it was aborted.

Error Solution: Contact Support.

CheckEngine21

Error Message: Not sufficient disk space available on system.

Error Description: The disk space available on the system is not sufficient for the backup job.

Error Solution: Free up the specified storage space on the host machine. Minimum 10 GB space should be available on the host machine for a successful backup job.

Error Message: Permission denied

Error Description: The permissions required to execute the check was denied.

Error Solution: Rectify permissions to allow check execution.

Error Message: Error on host machine,

Error Description: This is a generic error that will be returned when check execution has failed due to some error returned by the underlying host machine.

Error Solution: Contact Support.

Error Message: Check the availability of RAM.

Error Description: This error occurred because of insufficient RAM.

Error Solution: Minimum RAM size required is 2 GB.

Error Message: Insufficient number of CPU cores available

Error Description: This error occurred because of insufficient number of CPU cores.

Error Solution: Minimum 3 CPU cores required.

Error Message: Failed to check configured directory permissions.

Error Description: An error has occurred while fetching permissions of scripts location.

Error Solution: Contact Support.

OracleDTC2

Error Message: Configured directory current permissions does not match.

Error Description: Configured directory permission must have 755 permissions.

Error Solution: Change scripts directory permissions to 755 permissions.

OracleDTC3

Error Message: Configuration file not present.

Error Description: OracleDTC config file is missing.

Error Solution: Restart the PhoenixOracle service to generate the configuration file.

OracleDTC4

Error Message: Configured scripts directory not present.

Error Description: Provided scripts directory is not present.

Error Solution: Create the scripts directory specified in the config file.

OracleDTC5

Error Message: Permission denied.

Error Description: Insufficient permissions to access the path.

Error Solution: Check the permissions of scripts directory.

OracleDTC6

Error Message: Failed to check OS version for the system

Error Description: An error has occurred while checking the OS version.

Error Solution: Contact Support.

Error Message: Unsupported OS

Error Description: Operating system not supported.

Error Solution: Refer to this document to get a list of the supported operating systems.

Error Message: Unsupported OS version

Error Description: Operating system version is not supported.

Error Solution: Refer to this document to get a list of the supported versions of the operating systems.

OracleDTC9

Error Message: Failed to check database version.

Error Description: An error has occurred while retrieving the database version.

Error Solution: Contact Support.

OracleDTC10

Error Message: Unsupported DB version.

Error Description: Database version not supported.

Error Solution: Refer to this document to get a list of the supported database versions.

OracleDTC11

Error Message: Oracle Home not found.

Error Description: Failed to fetch oracle home path.

Error Solution: Please check if database entry is present in /etc/oratab or if the oracle instance is running in order to run this check successfully.

OracleDTC12

Error Message: Failed to execute SQL command.

Error Description: Command execution failed while fetching the database version.

Error Solution: Contact Support.

OracleDTC13

Error Message: Failed to check oracle instance presence.

Error Description: An error has occurred while checking the availability of any oracle instances.

Error Solution: Please check if the oracle instance is running in order to run this check successfully.

OracleDTC14

Error Message: Oracle instance not available.

Error Description: There is no instance available for the oracle database.

Error Solution: Oracle Instance must be present in order to run backup and restore successfully.
