Uninstall agent from Hyper-V Server

This topic describes how to uninstall Enterprise Workloads agent from a Windows server.

Before you begin

Before you uninstall Enterprise Workloads agent, ensure that you have administrator privileges on the server.

To uninstall Enterprise Workloads agent from Windows

  1. Log on to the server on which you installed Enterprise Workloads agent.

  2. For Windows server 2012, from the Start menu, navigate to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program.

  3. From the list of programs, uninstall Druva Enterprise Workloads agent.

After uninstalling the Enterprise Workloads agent, manually delete the following folder:


For agent version prior to 7.0.0
C:\ProgramData\Phoenix\HYPERV

For agent version 7.0.0 and later
C:\ProgramData\Druva\EnterpriseWorkloads
