End-of-support policy for Hybrid Workload clients
Druva ends all support for the Hybrid Workload client versions that are more than twelve months old from their release date and no patches will be made available. End-of-support ( EOS) for a Hybrid Workload client version means an end to all technical assistance and bug fixes for that version. However, auto-upgrades may work.
During a Hybrid Workload release, Druva publishes the tentative EOS dates for the released Hybrid Workload clients.

End-of-support life policy for third-party vendor
After the software vendor ends the life for a specific operating system, Druva shall continue to back up and restore resources on an operating system for 12 months after its end-of-support life (EOSL) to facilitate migration to the latest operating system and vendor product versions including Hypervisors, NAS, and Databases. After 12 months, Druva shall immediately end all its technical assistance, auto-upgrades, and bug fixes for the agents running on that operating system. You should review the vendor release notes for the EOS/EOL timelines of the operating system(s) deployed in your organization from time to time to avoid any disruptions to your backup and restore activities. Review the list of supported platforms in the Support matrix article.
