Add the sender name, signature, and reply-to address to emails

Overview

Druva cloud platform allows administrators to customize the sender details of system-generated emails, such as password reset notifications. You can personalize the sender name, add a custom signature, and define a reply-to address to ensure clear communication and branding.

Procedure

Follow the steps below to customize the email template settings:

Navigate to Settings

  1. Go to the Endpoints, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace dashboard.

  2. Click the Gear icon in the top center navigation.

  3. Select Endpoints & SaaS Apps Settings.

Edit Email Template Settings

Under the Email Template section, click Edit icon.

Field

Description

Reply to

Enter the email address that should receive user replies (e.g., for password reset emails). By default, this is set to the first inSync Cloud administrator's email ID.

Sender Name

Enter the display name that should appear in the From field of the email.

Signature

Enter the text to appear as the email signature. This typically includes your organization name, support contact, or branding message.

Save Changes

  • Click Save to apply the updated email configuration.
