Problem description
SSO login error “User not a direct member of the group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator”
Cause
When the end user account is not assigned to the SSO app the SSO login fails for the end user with this error “User not a direct member of the group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator”
Resolution
Make sure the concerned user account is assigned to the SSO app created on the IDP side.
