The below error is displayed while creating an AD mapping.

Organization Unit (OU) count in the Active Directory is less than 10000.

Configure the AD mapping manually using the following steps -

On the inSync Management Console, go to Endpoints &gt; Users &gt; User Provisioning &gt; Mappings section.

Click New Mapping &gt; Type the name of AD/LDAP Mapping.

Under AD/LDAP server select the required LDAP server.

Select the name to be used for AD creation appropriately.

Click on Use Manual AD/LDAP Filters option to switch to manual configuration.

Use Manual AD/LDAP filters - This method should be used only if you are well-informed about your organization's AD/LDAP structure.

This method allows you to enter the values for each field manually.
