Login to vCenter - vSphere client

Select Menu as shown in figure

Click on “Administration”.

Click on the Roles option on the left-hand side.

On the Roles page, Select Role provider and Click on a specific role such as Administrator

Click on privileges to view the list of privileges for a specific role.

You can verify the required vCenter or ESXi user permissions for backup, restore, and OVA deployment & add any missing permissions by comparing it with the doc.
