The System Health Report provides an exportable, comprehensive view of your Enterprise Workloads infrastructure. Use this report to proactively manage your operational posture by identifying agents that require upgrades, restoring lost connectivity, and pinpointing unconfigured resources. By aggregating data across agents, proxies, and TurboTier, it helps you prioritize maintenance and reduce the amount of unprotected data across your environment.
The report is designed for offline analysis and automated distribution, ensuring that stakeholders have actionable visibility into system reliability without needing to manually monitor individual workload pages.

This report is available for cloud administrators only.
The report provides a snapshot of your environment based on the most recent data synchronization. Always check the Last Sync Timestamp in the console to confirm when the data was last updated.
The following fields are included in the report:
Field Name | Description |
Workload | The specific hybrid workload type (e.g., File Server, NAS). |
Total Agents | The count of physical agents or proxies deployed. Note: Some workloads may have multiple resources managed by a single agent. |
Upgradable Agents | The number of agents running an older version that is eligible for an upgrade. |
End-of-Support Agents | Agents running versions that are no longer supported and require immediate updates. |
Disconnected Agents | Components that have lost connectivity with the Druva Cloud. |
Total Resources | The total number of resources discovered within the workload. |
Unconfigured Resources | Resources that have been discovered but are not yet associated with a backup policy. |
Estimated Unprotected Data | The estimated size of data associated with unconfigured resources, highlighting potential gaps in your protection coverage. |
