The Overview dashboard provides a consolidated view of application health, backup posture, alerts, and live activity for Microsoft Power Platform.
Navigate to: Druva Cloud Platform Console > All Services > Microsoft Power Platform > Overview
1. App Summary
The App Summary section displays the current application status and deployment details.
Field | Description |
Status | Indicates whether the app is Connected or Disconnected |
Last Installed | Date when the app was last installed or re-installed |
Re-Install | Option to reinstall the app if required |
This section helps administrators quickly verify connectivity and configuration status.
2. Live Activities
The Live Activities section displays real-time operational status:
Backups in progress
Restore in progress
This helps administrators monitor ongoing protection activities.
3. License
Displays license utilization metrics to help administrators understand current consumption against the purchased license quota.
For example, 23/80 licenses indicate that 23 Power Platform licenses are currently being consumed out of 80 allocated licenses.
4. Power BI Protection Summary
The Power BI section provides a high-level overview of workspace backup coverage and data protection status.
4.1 Configured Workspaces
Displays the number of workspaces currently configured for backup.
Example: 2/73 Configured Workspaces This indicates that 2 out of 73 discovered workspaces are protected.
A detailed breakdown is also available by hovering over the chart:
Backup Enabled – Number of Workspaces actively protected.
Backup Disabled – Number of Workspaces where backup is turned off.
Not Configured – Workspaces not yet assigned to a backup profile.
4.2 Last Backup Status
The dashboard categorizes the results of the most recent backup cycle using following statuses:
Backed up Successfully
Backup Failed
Never Backed up
Backed Up with Errors
4.3 Total Backup Data
Displays the total volume of Power BI backup data stored. The following icons represent the types of Power BI items included in the backup:

 | Semantic Models | Represents the number of semantic models backed up. |
 | Data Connectors | Represents the number of data connectors backed up. |

 | Dataflows | Represents the number of dataflows backed up. |
📝NOTE: The size primarily reflects .pbix files. For other items, only metadata is backed up, so the storage consumption might appear smaller than the live environment.
5. Power Apps Protection Summary
The Power Apps section on Overview shows environment backup coverage after discovery starts. Until the Power Apps prerequisite is complete, this section shows Discovery Not Started, Waiting for prerequisite completion, and a link to View Prerequisite. After discovery, the section displays the Power Apps summary:
5.1 Configured Environments
Displays how many environments are configured for backup out of those discovered.
Example: 1/3 Configured Environments with Power Apps means 1 of 3 discovered environments is protected.
5.2 Last Backup Status
Categorizes the most recent backup cycle for Power Apps environments (successful, failed, never backed up, or backed up with errors).
5.3 Total Backup Data
Displays the total volume of Power Apps backup data stored, with a count of Power Apps in the configured environments.
📝NOTE: Configuring an environment protects the apps, settings, and metadata in that environment that Druva can back up. Canvas apps are backed up as a full package when Microsoft provides one. Model apps, Cards, and Portal apps are not backed up. See Supported Data Types for Power Platform.
