Overview
Druva announces the End-of-Sale and End-of-Life for Druva inSync Salesforce 1.0 and sfXOrgData (On-Prem) products. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support as shown in Table 1, 2 of this EoL announcement. Table 1, 2 describe the End-of-Life milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected product(s). Table 3 lists the product(s) part number(s) affected by this announcement. For customers with active service and support contracts, support will be available under the terms and conditions of customers' service contract.
Customer Action
Customers, who are using inSync Salesforce 1.0 and sfXOrgData (On-Prem) products, would be required to upgrade to the Salesforce 2.0 solution as a replacement. For more information about upgrading to Salesforce 2.0, customers should work with their respective Druva Renewals representative or Customer Success Manager.

End-of-Life Date and Last date of Support | The last date to receive applicable service and support for the product as entitled by active service contracts or by warranty terms and conditions. After this date, all support services for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete. | September 30th, 2023 |
