Error Message: No matching storage rule for account ID and region
Error Description: This error occurs when no corresponding Storage Rule has been defined for a specific Account and/ Region.
Solution: Define a Storage Rule for the Account ID and the Region within which the chosen resource resides in, and then reattempt the backup. For more information, see Configure storage rules.

Error Message: No valid client credential found for organization id
Error Description: This error occurs when no corresponding Client Credential to backup encrypted data has been defined for a specific Organization.
Solution: Ensure that you have imported the appropriate Client Credential to generate and manage the data encryption key (ekey). The ekey is used to encrypt the user data that is then backed up to Druva Cloud. For more information, see Manage Client Credentials.

Error Message: Snapshot does not exist
Error Description: This error occurs when attempting to copy the snapshot to Druva’s Airgap Storage, but the corresponding snapshot cannot be located within the customer’s AWS Account.
Solution: Verify that the missing snapshot is available in your AWS environment and then reattempt the backup. If the issue persists, contact Support.

Error Message: Access Denied Exception: User is not authorized to perform: ebs:ListSnapshotBlocks on resource
Error Description: This error occurs owing to insufficient permissions granted in your IAM Access Role.
Solution: To resolve this issue, you will need to update your CloudFormation template and grant the additional access permissions to your AWS account. For more information, see Update Existing AWS Access Roles.
Alternatively, verify that the AWS Service Control Policy (SCP) is not restricting specific operations within your AWS Account.
