This article provides guidance for resolving the "Internal Server Error" encountered during manual user synchronization in Google Workspace when user provisioning is set to Google Directory. This issue typically arises after a fresh setup.

Problem

Resolution

The issue can be resolved by reconfiguring the Google application in the Druva console. Follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Reconfigure the Google application in Druva:

  2. Once the reconfiguration is complete, the updated set of permissions will be approved by Google.

  3. Retry the manual synchronization process. The issue should now be resolved.

The integration between Druva and Google Workspace is refreshed by reconfiguring the application, ensuring that permissions are correctly updated, and synchronization proceeds without errors. For further assistance, please get in touch with Druva Support.
