To locate your entitlement ID on the Dell Apex Backup portal, follow these steps:

Login to<a href="https://dell-console.druva.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"> https://dell-console.druva.com/</a>

Click on the chatbot icon at the bottom right of the page.

Select "Messages" or "Send us a message" to request support.

The bot will provide you with your entitlement ID and a URL for further support.​

2. Click on the chatbot icon at the bottom right of the page.
 
 
3. A help window will appear.
 
 
4. Select "Messages" or "Send us a message" to request support.
 
 
5. Click on "Show Support Information."
 
 
6. The bot will provide you with your entitlement ID and a URL for further support.​
