To locate your entitlement ID on the Dell PowerProtect Backup portal, follow these steps:
Login to https://dell-console.druva.com/
Click on the chatbot icon at the bottom right of the page.
A help window will appear.
Select "Messages" or "Send us a message" to request support.
Click on "Show Support Information."
The bot will provide you with your entitlement ID and a URL for further support.
