Total Backup Data (GB): The total size of the backed-up data for all the Enabled and Disabled Groups.

Last Backup Status for Active Groups: The pie chart depicts various backup statuses for the selected Groups, such as "Backed up successfully," "Backed up with Errors," or "Backup failed." Hovering on the individual legends of the graph displays the count of backups based on their status.

Storage Consumed (GB): The total storage space used for data associated with all the Enabled and Disabled Groups.

Group Name: The name of the Group.

Group Email: The email address of the Group.

Type: Type of Group, such as Distribution or Microsoft 365

Added On: The date and time when the Group was added.

Storage Region: The storage region assigned.

Backup Frequency: The frequency of backup, such as Once a day.

Retention: The retention rule applicable to the Group.

App Status: The status of the Group, such as enabled or disabled.

Total Backup Data (MB): The data size in MB that was backed up.

Last Successful Backup: The date and time of the last successful backup.

Last Backup Attempted: The date and time of the last backup attempted.

Last Backup Status: The status of the last backup operation.

Status Details: Displays the error code of the last backup of the respective group, if any, such as EAUTH.

Teams Enabled: The status of the associated Team, such as enabled or disabled.

Planner Enabled: The status of the associated Planner, such as enabled or disabled.

Deleted: Displays if the Group is Deleted or not.
