Overview
This article contains steps to check which license has been assigned to the user. The user can have any or all of the following licenses -
Endpoints (Active License / Preserved License)
Microsoft 365 (Active License / Preserved License / Shared Mailbox License)
Google Workspace (Active License / Preserved License)
10% Preserved and 50% Shared Mailbox License licenses of the total purchased licenses are assigned to the inSync instance.
To check the license summary -
Select the “Account Details” option from the main menu on the top left (hamburger menu) -
This will display the license summary page -
To check the type of license assigned to the user -
Using the Users page - On the users page, you can use the filter option to filter users on the basis of the type of license and the user status -
Using the User Provisioning Report - You can refer to the user provisioning report to get information about the licenses assigned to users. You can download this report in CSV format and can open this report in Excel to identify specific users and the licenses assigned.
