Overview

This report provides details such as alert types, severities, occurrence dates, and more, along with a summary of generated alerts that are now available. The severity levels included in your reports are crucial for prioritizing incident response. These levels act as an indicator of the seriousness of an issue, allowing you to determine the urgency of addressing it.

This report reflects data from the workloads included in your license, which may be Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or both.


Customizable Report Fields

The following columns can be enabled or disabled based on reporting needs:

  • Entity- The name of the user's workload.

  • Alert Details - The details about the alert generated.

  • Severity - Displays the severity type of the alert - critical, high, or warning.

  • First Occurrence - The date and time when the alert was generated for the first time.

  • Last Occurrence - The date and time when the alert was generated for the last time.

  • Active - Displays information on whether the alert generated is active or not.
