Cause
The email account already exists in Druva cloud.
Resolution
Ensure that the administrator who is creating the organization administrator is a cloud administrator.
Determine if the email account exists in the report or alert subscriptions.
Remove the email account from subscriptions, add the cloud admin, and then enable subscriptions again.
