What is not supported
The following features are not supported by Salesforce Data Archiver:
Archiver does not back up active data, which you need in a Salesforce organization
Archiver is not a solution for your backup needs
Archiver does not back up metadata
Note: All the limitations listed above are applicable covered by Druva Salesforce Data backup.
Considerations
Archived data is deleted from Salesforce after it is copied to Druva Cloud. Moreover, the archived data is deleted from Druva Cloud after the retention period. You may want to ensure that you are setting enough retention periods while creating the archiver set.

Review the Licensing Details to understand the available retention period for your license type.
You can use Data Backup if you want to have a copy of active data. Combining Data Backup with Data Archiver will give you complete protection against data loss while also providing other benefits such as saving costs and performance improvements.
