Hardware requirements
To deploy the Enterprise Workloads agent on your SAP HANA server host, ensure that the server host meets the following requirements:
CPU: 4 cores (Minimum per job)
RAM: 6 GB (Minimum per job)
Free space: 2% of the source data.
Network requirements
📝 Note
For Enterprise Workloads agent version 7.0.0 and above, port 8082 is used by default for internal communication. If port 8082 is unavailable, the agent automatically uses other available free port for internal communication.
Druva communicates with your SAP HANA system through secure protocols and ports. To ensure security, Druva uses the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.
📝 Note
If a firewall is set up, allow outbound TCP/IP traffic to *.druva.com through port 443.
