Users Report

Overview

As an administrator, you can keep track of users added, deleted, and preserved.

Weekly report

The weekly report has a start date and an end date and provides the statistics of the total number of users that were added, deleted, and preserved in Endpoints over a period of seven days.

Monthly report

The monthly report has a start date and an end date and provides the statistics of the total number of users that were added, deleted, and preserved in Endpoints for a given month.


❗ Important

By default, the Users Report displays the statistics for a total number of eight weeks and 12 months. If you want to modify the duration of the report, contact Support.


The following table lists the fields in the Users Report for Weekly and Monthly data.

Field

Description

From Date

For Weekly report:
The start date of the weekly report.

For Monthly report:
The start date of the monthly report.

To Date

For Weekly report:
The end date of the weekly report.

For Monthly report:
The end date of the monthly report.

Total Users

The total number of users available in Endpoints for a given week or month.

The following illustration provides an example of the weekly report:

For example:

The total number of users available in Endpoints until July 12, 2020 = 100
The number of users added in Endpoints from July 13, 2020 until July 19, 2020 = 40
The number of users deleted from Endpoints from July 13, 2020 until July 19, 2020 = 3

Total Users = 137


📝 Note
The Total Users include the total number of users preserved in Endpoints to date.


Total Preserved Users

The total number of users that are preserved in Endpoints to date for a given week or month.

Users Added

The number of users that are added to Endpoints for a given week or month.

Users Deleted

The number of users that are deleted from Endpoints for a given week or month.

Users Preserved

The number of users that are preserved in Endpoints for a given week or month.
