The Rollback Actions report is available with the Rollback Actions feature which requires the Security Posture and Observability license.
What information does this report provide
The Rollback Actions report provides consolidated and point-in-time views based on date ranges for all the protected entities that are deleted in your environment.
How does the report help
You can leverage this report to:
Get a consolidated view of deleted, rolled back, and permanently deleted entities.
Get comprehensive data about who deleted the entity, when it was deleted, and why it was deleted
Decide on the entities you want to rollback before they are permanently deleted.

The report displays data only for entities that are supported for rollback.
To access the report
You need to be a Druva Cloud Administrator.
Go to Druva Cloud Platform Console Global Navigation > Reports > Cyber Resilience > Rollback Actions Report.
Using the report
📝 Note
The deleted data is displayed from the date when the rollback functionality was introduced. Thus, you can view data starting 11 May 2022. Even if you have purchased the license at a later date you can view data starting 11 May 2022.
The data in the reports is synced periodically. The report shows the Data last updated details.

The Rollback Actions report comprises the following section:
Filters to get a report with more granular data
Filters | Description |
Time Period | Select the duration of the report. By default, data from the last 30 days is displayed. |
Entity Type | Select the entity type whose data you want to view. |
Status | Select the entity status by which you want to view the data. |
Summary view
Field | Description |
Deleted Entities | Total number of deleted entities for the selected filter. |
Rolled-back Entities | Total number of rolled-back entities for the selected filter. |
Permanently Deleted Entities | Total number of permanently deleted entities for the selected filter. |
Deleted Entities Data (GB) | Total deleted entities’ data size in GB for the selected filter. |
Rolled-back Entities Data (GB) | Total rolled-back entities’ data size in GB for the selected filter. |
Permanently Deleted Entities(GB) | Total permanently deleted entities’ data size in GB for the selected filter. |
Deleted data details
Field | Description |
Permanently Deleted Entities by Type | View of the deleted entities as per the type of the entity. |
Permanent Deletions Trends | View the deletions for a specific day. |
Deleted Entities Details | View the details of each deleted entity. |

To leverage the report, you can perform the following actions:

Subscribe to report | You can schedule and subscribe to receive reports over email as a CSV file or a PDF. A subscription can be created for other members of the organizations too.
