How to set the Daily Auto Sync Time
Updated over a week ago

Overview

  • The Sync functionality allows you to synchronize your AWS environment with Druva CloudRanger.

  • This ensures that the resource information on Druva CloudRanger for Amazon EC2 instances, RDS instances, Redshift RDBs, AMIs, snapshots, and EBS volumes is up-to-date with your AWS cloud environment.

  • Periodic Sync is required so that any newly created EC2 instances, RDS instances, or Redshift clusters in your AWS environment are made available on Druva CloudRanger.

  • Sync also removes stale resources that you have already removed from your AWS environment but that continue to be visible on your Druva CloudRanger console.

  • Auto Sync allows you to set up an automated synchronization without the need for manual intervention.
