Problem description
User access to CloudRanger is blocked.
Cause
User has tried to log in using either a personal email (such as outlook.com, gmail.com, yahoo.com) or a public/commercial email domain.
Resolution
Use only a business email ID to log in to CloudRanger. Login with personal email IDs, such as outlook.com, gmail.com, and yahoo.com and public/commercial domain is blocked by CloudRanger.
