Overview
Administrators receive alert notifications if the Druva App status is disconnected or if there is an error while user provisioning. Druva App does not have control over these alerts as these are sent from Azure.
π Note
β If an Azure Administrator has configured Azure Monitor integration for custom alerts, they must Microsoft Support to disable the same. For more information about custom alerts, see this Microsoft article.
The Druva application sends an email notification if provisioning failure occurs. If multiple errors are generated, the application enters into a quarantine state within 24 hours.
Procedure
To avoid getting such notifications, the administrator must clear the recipient list in the Druva App Settings as follows:
Login to Azure Portal.
Select Azure Active Directory.
Click Enterprise Application and search for Druva App.
Select Provisioning and click Add Scoping Filters.
Click on the Settings dropdown and clear the recipient list.
Click Save.
