This article lists the steps recommended actions to perform before proceeding with the Phoenix license downgrade.
Considerations
A Phoenix license can be downgraded provided only one Organization (site) is retained under Phoenix.
Recommended actions before Phoenix license downgrade
Identify the organization to retain and delete all resources, policies, content rule from all the other organizations.
Delete the unwanted Organizations and retain only the single required organization.
Contact Druva Support to downgrade the license.
