How to delete an unconfigured SQL server from the Druva Management Console
Updated over 2 months ago

Overview

An unconfigured SQL server implies that the Druva agent is installed on the server but the server is not configured for backup. The unconfigured server is listed under Protect > SQL > All SQL Resources.

Druva does not allow you to delete an unconfigured server if the same server is configured for File Server Workload under Protect > Registered servers. You can delete an unconfigured server from the Druva Management Console in case the server is decommissioned or was used for testing the Druva products.

Steps to delete the SQL server from the Druva Management Console

  1. Log in to the Druva Management Console, click All Organizations, and select the required organization from the drop-down list.

  2. Click Protect > Windows/Linux Servers.

  3. Select the unconfigured server, click more options, and click Delete.
